About Guy's Snacks

It all started with a makeshift cooker in a small Kansas City storeroom in 1938. Guy Caldwell roasted, sold and delivered peanuts all over town. The original company was named Guy's nut and Candy Company. Within a few years Guy created his own blend of oil and special seasonings and began producing potato chips and other great tasting snacks including the first-ever BBQ Flavored Potato Chip. That tradition and "Secret recipe" quality continues to this day.
