David Fescier is a Native American Jewelry Designer who has been designing clothing and jewelry for over 40 years the last 20 devoted solely towards jewelry working with all kinds of gemstones and wholesales to retail outlets. His decades of experience has brought him to creating his present line of jewelry which includes but is not limited to Diamonds, Tourmalines, Opals. and Tahitian Pearls.
