Hi – I am Danielle. The maker and creator behind The Cow Patty. I started this waxy adventure in February 2015 simply as a way to occupy my free time in the evenings and weekends and it quickly consumed our home and my life. In a good way. Ok let’s be real – Austin told me after we got married I needed to find a hobby….so here we are. I bounced around between melting wax in the kitchen, pantry, basement, and now finally have a shop located in our garage. I do work full time in the ag industry, so aside from being employed full time and being a mama to my #1 (Landon), I joke that The Cow Patty is my third job, really more of a hobby. I am blessed and can truly say I love my job(s). My husband, Austin, and I have been together for over a decade. While he isn’t in the spotlight of our business, he helps with the heavy lifting, right where he likes to be. Behind the scenes, Allison is my go girl! She bags almost all of our wax and does whatever random odd jobs I need done.. I could not do it without her. My mom is always a phone call away – she helps while on the road, label products, make healthy hooves, inventory, you name it and she’s there.
