Defender Bar started with a simple realization: we’re not 25 anymore—but we’re still moving, climbing, lifting, hiking, parenting, and doing everything life throws at us. The difference now? We care more about how we fuel ourselves. As longtime friends and active dads, we went looking for a bar that matched our lifestyle—something clean, satisfying, and made with ingredients that actually support how we feel, not just how we perform.
