About Seahorse Snacks

My name is Stacy and I am a seahorse ~ Seahorses don't have stomachs! Because I was born with an extremely rare genetic mutation (CDH1), I can relate. To eliminate the higher - than -average - risk of gastric cancer, I had my stomach removed. Now, I must eat constantly - every two hours, all day, every day, as I no longer have a stomach. Having to eat so often can get boring, consuming the same things over and over, I needed variety and protein, so I started eating nuts. I learned how to make these excellent sources of protein extra delicious. Thus, I started Seahorse Snacks for all the other seahorses out there and non-seahorses too!
