ABOUT US Like all Italian families in our house there was the habit of eating fresh homemade pasta. I remember well when on Sundays we used to go to our grandmother's house for lunch with the whole family: tortellini, ravioli, tagliatelle was always a feast for us children, teenagers and adults. Helping grandma in the preparation of fresh pasta was really a beautiful game! Sitting around a table with relatives and friends is an unforgettable experience for every Italian: an experience that we almost take for granted. With the passing of time in our family this habit of fresh pasta was lost a little until my daughter, when she was very young, showed an unstoppable passion for pasta making, an uncontrollable passion for cooking. When she then found in the chest of drawers some recipes written by her grandmother, rolling pin and pasta cutter...it was game on!
