About Clever Contraptions

We are a small family owned business with big hearts... and production capacity. My husband and I love simple, clean and minimalist things that are cute and fun. He tends towards the utility and I want it cute. After all, he has an Engineering background and I was an interior design professional. Usually this combination is an oxymoron and leads to friction. When we couldn't find things that met our needs we began 3d modeling our own stuff, making it using 3d printers and using it around our own house. We have since branched out to diligently search for and include more products that meet our impossible passion for form and function and expand our production capacity to almost 100 printers. However..... sometimes the kids and I win and our things have no utility purpose other than being cute and making us smile.
