About Kelsi's

The Mother of All Treats Kelsi’s was born in rural Idaho, where our co-founder Kelsi—youngest of eight siblings—adopted a raw food diet at age 12, studied raw food across the country, and taught her first raw food class at age 14 together with her mom, a raw food chef. Their signature recipe? Rich, gooey Brownie Batter Bites made with simple, whole food ingredients. After years of requests from friends and students, and with encouragement from her mom, Kelsi launched the brand in 2019. Today, our indulgent, ulta clean bites are sold in over 500 retailers including Whole Foods, Erewhon, Wegmans, and Sprouts. Our mission is simple: to bring the joy back to snacking—no gluten, dairy, soy, or refined sugar. Deliciously Paleo friendly they are beloved by parents and picky kids (there are five boys in the extended Kelsi's family!) alike. Pure, fudgy indulgence, powered by real food. We also donate 5% of profits to ALS research in honor of Kelsi’s mom, who inspired it all and passed shortly after Kelsi launched her business.Read their story
