About Damola Jumo

I design for women like me. I design for multitasking women, who desire easy yet chic pieces that require minimal styling. As a designer, I favor classic, clean cuts, with some detail for impact. My design ethos is “simplicity with impact”. I was born in Austria, grew up in Nigeria and then the States, and got to live in Europe again as an adult. My designs are influenced by all the pieces of my past. As a young child in Nigeria, I grew up surrounded by the most vibrant and colorful prints and over the top fashion. In contrast, I found fashion in Southern California to be more laid back and comfort driven. I am a blend of both, finding middle ground in vibrant prints paired with simple, yet chic silhouettes.
