MAYDE was started by Tim and Sylvia Hill in their rumpus room of their Gold Coast home back in 2013. MAYDE sells beautiful hand loomed towels primarily produced by artisans in Turkey, and recently Portugal. Our best selling towels have been with us since the brand began, and still sell to this day. Our towels vary from lightweight Turkish style towels through to heavy and lush bath towels, beach blankets and throws for the home. On top of that, we also sell tots, kids and adults beach ponchos. Since 2013, the brand has grown from strength to strength, joining forces with a US office/warehouse and distributors in NZ, Japan, Europe and Korea. Fact of ther day: Our best selling Rainbow towel is hand loomed and only 5 pieces can be produced per day, per loom. No wonder it's so beloved.
