Founded in 2022, our recipes span three generations—taught to Maddie by her mother-in-law and rooted in her grandmother-in-law's East Coast kitchen in New Haven, CT. Since joining the family in 2011, Maddie has cherished learning and adapting these treasured recipes, bringing them to life with a fresh, modern twist.
