From the beginning (a bolt of fabric) to the end (a beautiful wrap), each item is handcrafted to support healing, personal growth, and comfort. I had an elderly friend who asked if I could make her a ball to squeeze to help her hands and wrists. Maybe she could heat it up, too? The Good Medicine Ball was born from the desire to help a friend find some relief and comfort. It turned out that she also used it for meditation - holding it helped her keep her focus.
