LA BURNIA s.r.l. has been operating since 1999 with its own range of products, always catering to a discerning clientele that loves the pleasure of good food and artisanally produced foods. Our company is located in Piedmont, in the northwest of Italy, where within a hundred-kilometer radius you can find mountains with their mushrooms, chestnuts, and aged cheeses, the sea and its coast providing us with Genoese Basil DOP, artichokes, and olives, the wine region of Langhe with its famous wines, prized truffles, and delicious hazelnuts, and not least the plains rich in vegetables and fruit. One of our flagship products is Pesto alla Genovese with Genoese Basil DOP. We specialize in the production of tasty appetizers, gourmet specialties with white or black truffle, mushrooms, creams, sauces, meat and game ragù, cheese creams, pickles, preserved in oil, and spicy stuffed peppers.
