Driven by passion and youthful enterprise, Tre di Oro is also a project aimed at protecting and valuing the Sicilian territory through the sustainable cultivation of local agricultural products in the heart of the Val di Noto, in eastern Sicily, such as the ancient Russello wheat, the Tonda Iblea, the Modica lentil.
