The Giannelli family has always been committed to the production and protection of real Italian espresso. With the Paranà roasting company, founded in 1960 thanks to the passion and experience of the founder Ruggero Giannelli, only selected and high quality blends are produced. Ruggero, since the early 1950s, continued the activity started by his father Emilio in the marketing of raw coffee in Italy on behalf of national importers. In 1960, thanks to the experience gained in the green coffee business, Ruggero decided to take over a production plant and found the current Paranà roasting plant in Rome. Today, the Paranà roasting process preserves those traditions that allow excellent results, not altering aroma, quality and taste. Each stage of the processing is followed by highly specialized personnel.
