AR-DECO is a small Saxon company near Chemnitz, Germany. AR — stands for Anja Reichenbach, who has been processing the highest quality German-made mulberry silk with heart, soul and great attention to detail since 2010, faux fur with high-quality designer fabrics, combined to create exclusive home textiles. The AR-DECO label creates noble, elegant plaids, pillows, silk bed linen and BAGS as well as fur/leather accessories. About 3 years ago, Granny's old fur coat fell into my hands — an heirloom — heavy and out of fashion on average — but much too bad for the old garment bag. That's when I came up with the idea to give old furs a third life... as bags and accessories, that would be a wonderful upcycling, completely in the spirit of sustainability and new added value from the noble natural material FUR. Exclusive weekender travel bags, laptop and briefcases as well as tennis bags for HIM and HER are now being created under the expert hands of handbags and training enthusiasts.
