Our story begins on Yair’s family farm in the lush mountains of northern Colombia, where coffee has been cultivated for generations with care and dedication. Understanding the hard work behind every bean, Yair saw an opportunity to bridge the gap between farmers and coffee lovers by bringing freshly harvested, directly sourced coffee straight to consumers—ensuring that both farmers and drinkers benefit from a fair and direct relationship. After moving to Minnesota, Yair founded Norte Café Roasters with a simple yet powerful vision: to honor the hands that grow the coffee and the people who enjoy it. We roast our beans locally in Buffalo, MN, crafting small-batch, single-origin coffee that highlights the unique flavors of our farm.
