About Wildbite

Over 50 years ago, Joe's grandad started foraging mushrooms in Transylvania. The tradition continued with Joe's dad, supplying restaurants in Europe. Joseph founded Wildbite in the UK after appearing on Masterchef in 2022. His love for Hungarian products and desire to showcase Hungarian cuisine inspired the creation of Wildbite. At Wildbite we have selected a fantastic variety of specialty mushrooms each foraged at their peak of season to ensure the best taste and quality. We then sun-dry them as soon as possible to ensure all the hearty and forest flavours stay locked in and are ready to be released in your recipes.Read their story
