Statesman Beverage Co started in 2017 in Houston, TX with one mission - to make craft cocktails simple to make at home with sophisticated, ready-to-use cocktail mixers. Bob debuted Sir Winston's Spiced Simple Syrup to his friends in Christmas of 2016 and immediately sold out. In 2017, he recruited his co-founder Holly, and together, they founded Statesman Beverage Co. Bob and Holly handmade all three cocktail mixers - Spiced Simple Syrup, Mojito Simple Syrup and Earl Grey Old Fashioned Cocktail Syrup - in small batches in Houston, TX.
