About Dr. Coy's Health Foods

All snacks on the market were full of sugar and other ‘junk’. Alison Stroh, a business and marketing graduate had researched the market tirelessly and was frustrated at the lack of healthy options. Her business partner, Aaron, a national champion in cycling, needed better nutrition and sustained energy for training. We contacted Dr. Coy due to his discovery of healthy sugars and developed a plan together on how best to share this with a wider audience. We used his sugars to reinvent chocolate and to make it healthy. We added a free-from cooking range and won many awards. Read their story
