About Dottir Press

Dottir ("daughter" in Icelandic) Press is a liberationist publisher based in New York City. We make gorgeous books for readers of all ages. Other than that, I'm a feminist-of-all-trades—author (Manifesta, Grassroots, Look Both Ways, etc.), documentary-maker, editor, and frequent college guest-lecturer. I spend my leisure time dreaming of food at Bernbaum's (in Fargo) and rewatching Tina Fey sit-coms with my husband and two sons. Read their story
