Russell's BBQ started out of a family tradition of cooking which grew into a hobby of smoking meats. Originally started by Chef Janna Black, this restaurant has been able to create an entire brand of products through the creativity of flavors. Now owner Jon York, brother of Janna, has been able to create award winning sauce & rub combinations that are nothing you have ever experienced before.
