Mr. Post advertised Postum by informing consumers they could drink their breakfast because it was made of roasted wheat and molasses. No caffeine was important to the Postum Cereal Company. Postum has been around for so many generations, customers usually have warm and nostalgic memories of drinking Postum as children or with their parents and grandparents. Postum is an instant coffee substitute that is delicious hot or cold. It can be made with any kind of milk and sweetener even as a cappuccino or a frappuccino.
