Jeremy & Ryan Rios (coincidental same last name -- not related), were best friends growing up that came together later in life to bring the world's first temporary tattoo sleeves for kids to market. Jeremy has kids and Ryan has tattoos, so this crazy idea was a perfect blend of each other's lives. More than anything, they love to see the special bonding moments created between parents and their children when using Tony Ray tattoos.
