About JolliPop Illustration

I’m Rita, the illustrator and founder behind JolliPop – a joyful little brand based in Ireland where colour, cheer and cheeky puns come to life on paper. JolliPop started during a time when I was searching for lightness – something playful, creative and completely mine. What began as a few fun doodles has grown into a collection of heartwarming, feel-good cards and prints, designed to make people smile and feel seen. Each piece I create is lovingly illustrated (usually with a cup of coffee to hand, and my daughter painting beside me), then printed on recycled cardstock and FSC-certified paper using eco-tank printers. It’s a small batch, small business, big-hearted operation. I pour my personality into every design – equal parts nostalgic, sincere and silly – and I’m always inspired by life’s little moments, the lovely messiness of being human, and the people we love most. From pun-filled greetings to bold affirmations, JolliPop is for the sweeties, the dreamers, the overthinkers, the snugglers – and anyone who believes in sending a bit of joy by post. Running this business has changed my life, not just creatively but personally too. It’s helped me connect with an incredible community and build something that fits around my family, health, and values.
