One day we said to ourselves "We need to do something different!" being the 3 bears..The chef, "Gary" Bear is a commercial roofing manager, banjo player and sportsman. The marketing person, "Mama Bear" is a Navy veteran, current science teacher and breast cancer survivor. Our "Teddy" Bear is 3 and a handful! So, the HBJCO Family decided to make a "hot"standing, delectable, and addictive homemade Hot pepper/fruit jelly. We were able to encompass both heat and sweet for our friends and family to enjoy. Our Idea was a success! Our jellies are made in small batches with organic and locally sourced/homegrown premium ingredients. We couldn't be prouder of Our concoctions!
