About Quevana - La Quesería Vegana

At Quevana, we make cheese from milk, but without milk. We produce semi-cured organic cheeses made from cashews, without any animal-derived ingredients. Our cheeses have only 3 base ingredients: raw cashews, Himalayan salt, and probiotics. They represent a new type of cheese with a spectacular taste and great nutritional properties thanks to their ingredients. We are a young company based in Segovia, Spain, and our mission is to help in the transition towards a better food system by offering products that, besides being amazing, are healthy for people, sustainable for the planet, and remove animals from the production equation.Read their story
