About S.Alexander

Hi, I am Susan, and I am the creator behind the art. I wanted to take the time to say thank you to those who supported me in 2021 and introduce myself to my new supporters in 2022. What can you expect in 2022? S. Alexander will be launching a new website, bringing you more content, new collections, and as always, creating intentional, meaningful works of art which inspire a sense of connection to the beauty and power of nature. My artistic journey began when I was young. The first memory I have is a batik I made in a children's art class when I was 6 years old. My Mom has it hanging in her home. I began making jewelry in 1992 when I was living in Hawaii. I was working as an Archeologist at the time. I would collect shells and bones to string with beads. I continue to use natural objects in many of my pieces. ​ Along the line, I became interested in the healing properties of crystals. Through the years, my fascination and love for using crystals has grown. My work is created with intention, utilizing crystals to promote energetic healing and to bring a sense of connection to the power & beauty of nature.Read their story
