About Chick Boss LLC

Founded in 2010 by Pat Pannell, Chick Boss creates sculptural jewelry inspired by the human experience; sound, water, movement, the natural world, and the body itself. What begins as lived experience becomes art, and what becomes art creates new moments of connection, celebration, and shared joy. At the heart of the brand is a thirteen-year creative partnership between Pat and Guatemalan designer Marilyn Polanco. Together they have developed a shared design language rooted in bold shape, clean line, and expressive form. Their collections are form-driven rather than trend-driven, conceived as wearable sculpture meant to be seen, worn, and remembered. Design and production take place in Guatemala, where every Chick Boss piece is made entirely by hand. From the beginning, Pat formed the artisan group that continues to shape the brand today. Each piece reflects patient craft, precision, and human touch. Chick Boss is proud to be carried by museum stores and galleries. We invest where our work is made and commit 1% of sales to early childhood education and nutrition programs in Guatemala.
