Salon in a Bottle is dedicated to its mission of helping women who deal with recurring gray roots every two weeks. Unsightly regrowth between hair color appointments was a real problem for Kara, the cofounder, who started going gray in her early 30s. She and her husband Jacques own a beauty boutique in Beverly Hills, and she was disappointed with products offered to cover gray roots.
