About Pallotta Hot Gourmet Pepper Sauce

What started as a way to use the excess vegetables in our backyard garden turned into a tasteful and mouthwatering hot pepper sauce. After getting creative in our home by blending different ingredients to perfect our recipe we gave our pepper sauce to family, friends and co-workers. After trying our pepper sauce they were raving about its unique flavor and heat. Adoption of a child is near and dear to our hearts. Having experienced the adoption process ourselves and being a part of such a wonderful and loving event, we understand that adoption is both a beautiful, but also emotionally and financially taxing process. To help, Pallotta Hot has pledged annual donations to New Beginnings Family and Children's Services of Mineola, NY to support their mission of helping to grow families through adoption.
