Aloha and welcome to my shop! I started this business after I became a mom in 2019. I had a passion for mental health as well as motherhood. Throughout my journey with postpartum depression and anxiety, I created and used affirmations to help me overcome and gain my self-confidence back. I hope to help moms who are struggling to empower them to use their time for mental health so they can be strong for their little ones. If I help just one mom, my goal will be complete.
