About Wooden Pencil Company

Suwachi is an artist, designer, entrepreneur. Originally from Kyoto Japan, her cross-cultural life and the love for wildlife led her to the most recent art project, Wooden Pencil Company which donates 10% of proceeds of sales to wildlife conservation organizations*. Her works have been featured in DIY Network “Blog Cabin”, Birds & Blooms Magazine September 2014 issue, Stationary Trend Magazine Winter 2015 issue and various art & lifestyle blogs. “Authenticity and trustworthiness are the essential qualities I strive for as I seek to re-establish a closer connection with my nature and past. My illustrations are forged with lasting appeal and modern flavor”.
