My beaded film earrings started as a way to incorporate the rich colors and sensuous feel of vintage 35mm film trailers, commercials and editorial pieces into jewelry. You'll appreciate the creativity whether you select the images in the Freeze Frame collection or choose the glamour of the Film Fantasy collection which are hand painted and beaded red-carpet-ready shoulder dusters. I worked in the film department of a studio in Hollywood and grew to love the material which was available in abundance in the editing suites. One day I made a pair of earrings for myself and soon started selling them to others. Now I make them for customers who call them fun, unique and "sooo cool." I would not have completed college without the generous donations people made to the scholarship I earned in my senior year of college. Now I want to give back through donating a portion of the profits from sales of my earrings to aspiring film makers and women working in film.
