When a big order of peppers turned out way too spicy to use in their intended dish, rather than waste, they made the first unofficial batch of Oak City Hot Sauce in 2017. After countless hours in the test kitchen, they produced the first official line of sauces, with the goal of sauce that adds to dishes, rather than overwhelm them. All of our sauces are vegan , free of dyes, preservatives, extracts and artificial colors. Read their story
