Based out of San Francisco, California - HALEYS Beauty was founded in 2017 by a female chemist with the mission of creating high-performance, good-for-skin makeup products at an accessible price. The ingredients in our formulas are meticulously selected to ensure high-performance, budge-proof, comfortable long-wear makeup that does not compromise the skin. Our formulas are enriched with skin-friendly, non-irritating ingredients and always formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates and fragrances.
