My name is Hayley and I am the maker behind The Clay Exchange! I am a wife, mom, and North Carolina transplant living on the Jersey Shore. The Clay Exchange all sprouted from my desire to make unique, handmade gifts for my sister and friend for their birthdays. I began making clay earrings, having no idea how much I would enjoy it. In the 18 months since making my first pair, I have enjoyed the challenge of perfecting my craft, learning new techniques, and fulfilling orders that ship out all across the United States! I love the challenge of creating my own color palettes from things I see around me and mixing clay to match the color palettes naturally present in everyday life.
