About Elle Sorridente

Elle is a freelance illustrator and artist living next to the sea in windy Brighton. She specialises in making colourful and characterful illustrations using procreate and photoshop. Her background is in fine art and she loves to paint using gouache or oils. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA focused in Fine Art is from Falmouth University. She makes prints of her illustrations, hand painted originals and decorations. Elle’s work mixes natural elements, feminist concepts and ecological concerns, with underlying mythological themes. She can most often be found in her home studio wearing very oversized jumpers, patterned shirts, silver jewellery and massive headphones. All her prints are produced and packaged at home and are giclée archival gallery quality.
