All our dishes are prepared, cooked and packaged using specific processes that have been specially developed to retain all the flavor and nutritional value of the ingredients they contain, and this in the most natural way possible, without overcooking. For perfect results, they finish cooking naturally during the autoclave sterilization process. This preservation process allows the product to be 3-years shelf stable. Our recipes contain no additives (no preservatives, no flavors, no thickening agents, no stabilizers, no food colorants), nor added sugar. They are 100 % organic certified, GMO free and vegetarian. We have chosen to present our cooked meals in glass jars so that customers can see the texture and color of the food prior to opening.
