My journey with holistic healing started over ten years ago. I was really sick as a child. I suffered from asthma & allergies that made me feel as if I was always sick. I had trouble breathing & was always itchy, sneezy, & scratchy. I gave all my trust to doctors who were supposed to help me. I never got better, I got worse. It didn't matter how many pills they prescribed, I was still sick. I followed the typical medical advise, & nothing helped. I began to search for alternative options, & got into healthy-eating, explored different meditations, & underwent a total spiritual transformation. I attended Holistic School, & was introduced to energy medicine on a professional level! I studied herbology & flower essences and learned about various diets such as veganism & raw veganism. I become certified as an Herbalist, but something was missing. It wasn't the intimate understanding of the energetics of herbs that I was seeking. I was introduced to Ayurveda & attended 4 different Ayurvedic schools. It fed that part of my soul that desired a deeper understanding of energetics as applied to herbology. Read their story
