An adventure started over 100 years ago in Spoleto - Umbria - The Green Heart of Italy. It was 1920 when Zefferino Monini Sr. founded the Monini Brand to bring to market the best in Extra Virgin Olive Oils. After 100 years of growth and success in Italy and abroad, Monini is still owned and managed by the family's third generation represented by the grandchildren Zefferino Jr. and Maria Flora.
