MASHIZAN is the eponymous brand of creative director Mashizan Masjum, an award-winning former TV documentary producer/director/writer turned luxury shoe designer. The brand pays homage to timeless sophistication of Italian glamour, and yet still influenced by the designer's Singaporean heritage. Currently based between Paris and New York, he had his training in shoe designing and shoe making in Florence, before pursuing an Executive MBA in Global Fashion Management at the prestigious Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) in Paris. MASHIZAN shoes are handcrafted in Florence by a boutique manufacturer, with materials solely sourced in Italy.
