After years of mouth breathing at night which led to a range of health problems including snoring, gum disease, high blood pressure and anxiety, I discovered mouth taping. Mouth taping encourages nasal breathing at night which has a wealth of health benefits and inspired me to launch Breath Sleep Tape. Breath Sleep Tape is a simple, lightweight adhesive tape strip to be worn over the mouth at night, designed to promote nasal breathing during sleep, which is how nature intended for us to breathe. It helps to improve sleep quality, time spent in deep and restorative stages of sleep, improves lung function, reduces blood pressure and allows customers to wake up feeling truly rested and energised.
