We are unconditional lovers of good food and the culinary arts. In 2012 we were looking for a business opportunity. While visiting local gourmet and specialty food stores we realized the lack of quality, variety, and flavors combination of fruit preserves/condiments/cheese pairing products made out of tropical exotic fruits, and other more accessible fruits. Also we noticed that they weren’t as flavorful and were full of unnecessary ingredients.
