Simply Go Natural Cosmetics is a Black Woman Owned business founded in 2016 by Joyce Adom after migrating to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, and struggling with a couple of health issues with my son while battling with my own postpartum weight gain challenges after having my daughter. Seeing my son's severe eczema and asthma, and my life long severe dry skin conditions flare up due to the cold winter conditions and my son put on steroids, I set on a journey to find natural and healthier alternatives for me and my family which led to simply Go Natural Cosmetics being born. Our products are cruelty free handcrafted, plant, health, nutrition based, biodegradable and environmentally friendly, inspired by my education in Child Nutrition from the University of Illinois while on my healthy living quest, and my multicultural background of growing up in Ghana - West Africa, living and travels in Africa, Europe and North America to offer safe, gentle, natural, simple and yet effective and nourishing products for children, adults and those with sensitive skin and scalp, especially those with eczema by providing an organic chemical free alternatives to commercially available hair and skin care products without the toxins which has become even more critical in our fight against covid-19 to support our immunity. We specialize in organic hair care products for curly, coily, wavy, dry hair, textured hair, and skin care for severe dry, and sensitive skin, especially conditions such as eczema.
