Point Blank: Candles gave me headaches No matter which store I went to, they would all give me headaches. I was devastated. The flickering light and scent that envelopes you when you light it. It was my favorite thing to relax in the evenings. That's when I started making my own. I fell in love! My family and friends kept buying them up and telling me that I should sell them. But in doing so, I ran into another problem. What did I want my candles to look like? Most of them out there are simple and lack creativity. I wanted something truly unique. Something I would not only love to smell, but also love to look at and cherish. Something that was me. That, as well as my background in art, is what led me into hand-drawing each label as a piece of art. Each candle is a canvas that you display in your home that not only looks beautiful, but touches on life's memories. The moments and places that are not only we can relate to, but also bring us warmth, fun, and a little laughter. And that's how Parks and Wick started. I wanted products that not only smell good with our signature wax and fragrance blends, but that also look and feel good to be a part of your home and remind you of the good moments.
