About Optical Lift, LLC

The unique designs featured on each and every Optical Lift card, stationary, and wedding suite begin as a meticulously hand-lettered design inked on paper or watercolored by our favorite artist, Karen Caldwell, a missionary in Mexico. Each custom design is then digitized through a labor of love before the card or invitation is ready for printing locally on some pretty luxurious 100% cotton paper. My name is Cherith, and I am on a journey. To discover, to serve, to be. Optical Lift is my ship, and the Light guiding my sails is the same Light that conquers the darkness, drives out fear, and brings hope to the smallest corners of weary hearts. I’ve set sail across many a country to follow the still small voice that calls me home, and in the deepest nights and the coldest winters, I find solace in that stillness. In the constant, in the forever, in the unwavering Light that pushes me ever forward, ever deeper into lands unknown. There is power in the word because the Word became flesh and in Him was life and that life was the Light. The Light that shines in the darkness, when all is lost and there is nothing left to be said, whispering in the dead of night, “Fear not, for I have overcome the world.” Words bring light and the Light has conquered the darkness. My hope is that in creating beauty, I am able to reflect but a small bit of that light back out into the world.Read their story
