About Among the Flowers

Drawing awe and wonder from nature Among the flowers is a small team, nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada that serve an ever-expanding range of customers, worldwide who are connecting with the beauty and healing of the ingredients found in our products. A business which started from the smallest corner of my kitchen where soap making was an endearing hobby, has grown into a promise to return to our roots and all that is natural and pure. My greatest inspiration in life is drawn from the beauty of completely wild spaces. The neon coral of the sunset before rain. The gently shifting golden grass of summer. The calming pace of dripping rain, and silence of snowfall. The world around us is often fast, tempting us into currents of momentary gratification and distraction. Part of our offering is an invitation to let go of that vibration and find wholeness in the simplicity of life. Drawing a focus on the present, on the small moments that bring light, finding a level of therapy and beauty in the bounty of the earth that is often overlooked and order out of seemingly random chaos.
