About Sauvie Shrubs

Sauvie Shrubs is a hyper-local pantry and botanical company- living, working, and growing on rural Sauvie Island, outside Portland, Oregon. We craft a line of uniquely delicious and versatile shrubs (drinking vinegar concentrates) around the many varieties of our seasonal island fruit. We are proud to source 90% of our ingredients from neighboring organic farms, our land, and from the foraged bounty of Sauvie Island. Sauvie Shrubs uses raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with the mother) which has unique health benefits. Our shrubs are cold-pressed, made with whole fruit and organic ingredients, and contain only about half the amount of sugar as most brands on the market. The resulting flavor profile is fruit-forward and a touch tart, with just the right hint of sweetness. Read their story
