Hi, I am Sarah Kollen, the creative mind, complete production line and boss mama at Dannielle Ryann . As a tea lover, crime show junkie and regular host of dance parties in my kitchen, truth be told, Dannielle Ryann was born out of pure frustration. As a mom, I found it absurd at the lack of modern and stylish hair accessories available for my daughters (and I refused to torture them with those same obnoxious big bows of my youth.) With a background in merchandise and display design for Anthropologie, my love for beautiful modern aesthetics drove me to start creating the bows I desired for my daughters. Friends began asking where they could buy the same bows for their girls and that’s how I happily fell into entrepreneurship all in the name of style. It was an obvious choice to name my business after my daughters who inspired it all, so I combined their two middle names to create Dannielle Ryann. Since starting in late 2018, I have gone on to create a line of earrings, keychains and boys bow ties following the same day guiding principles that the best accessories accentuate, not over power.
